La Sala Plena constató que en el caso planteado en el expediente D-11264 se pretendía volver a someter a control constitucional un texto y un contenido normativos que ya fueron examinados por la Corporación en la sentencia C-1340/00.
En consecuencia, se CONFIRMÓ el auto recurrido.

CONFIRMAR el auto del catorce (14) de marzo de dos mil dieciseis (2016), que rechazo la demanda presentada por los ciudadanos Danil Roman Velandia Rojas, Dalia Margarita Perez Meza y Eliud Villanueva Duarte contra los articulos 55 y 66 de la Ley 99 de 1993, por existencia de cosa juzgada constitucional.
